Short answer: LSD gummies are edible candies that a lysergamide solution was added to. The format changes nothing pharmacologically — but it adds heat sensitivity, uneven distribution and a serious accidental-ingestion risk, because they look like candy.
A note before you read on
This article is educational and harm-reduction focused. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here should be read as encouragement to use a controlled substance. LSD is illegal in Canada outside of authorised research and special-access programmes. Shroom Bros Official does not sell LSD, acid tabs, LSD gummies or any lysergamide product. If you are worried about your own or someone else’s substance use, speak to a doctor or contact a local health line.
Why the gummy format complicates things
- Uneven distribution. Mixing a microgram-scale solution evenly through a gelatin or pectin batch is genuinely hard. Two gummies from one batch are not necessarily equivalent.
- Degradation. Lysergamides are sensitive to heat and light, and gummy production involves both.
- Accidental ingestion. Candy-shaped products are the single biggest reason poison centres see paediatric cases involving edibles.
- No labelling standard. Unregulated products carry whatever the maker chose to print.
How this compares with mushroom gummies
Mushroom gummy products from a store that publishes weights, portion counts and full ingredient lists at least tell you what you bought. Our catalogue lists grams per package and pieces per package on every listing, with allergen notes.
Storage and child safety
Any edible product belongs in a sealed, labelled container, out of reach of children and pets, and never in an unmarked candy jar. This applies to every product we sell, too.
What we sell
