Mushroom Chocolate
Mushroom chocolate is the reason most people find Shroom Bros in the first place. Chocolate is a forgiving carrier: it holds a blend evenly, it keeps well when it is sealed and stored properly, and it makes portioning obvious because a scored bar tells you exactly where to break it.
What we stock
Our mushroom chocolate range covers three shapes. Scored mushroom chocolate bars in milk, dark and flavoured varieties. Moulded chocolate mushrooms, where each piece is already one portion. And smaller tasting packs for people who want to try a flavour before buying a full bar.
How our bars are portioned
Every bar lists a total weight and a square count on the product page, so the maths is done for you. A bar scored into fifteen squares divides the batch into fifteen even pieces; a bar scored into twenty divides it into twenty. We publish both numbers because a total weight on its own does not tell you anything useful about a single square.
Flavours and ingredients
Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids where the recipe calls for them, and the mushroom blend. Flavoured bars add inclusions such as almonds, cookie pieces or freeze-dried fruit. Full ingredient lists sit on each product page, including allergen notes for milk, soy and tree nuts.
Storing chocolate mushrooms
Keep bars sealed, cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Warmth causes bloom, the pale streaking you sometimes see on chocolate, which is cosmetic rather than harmful but is a sign the bar got hot in transit or storage. We do not recommend the fridge, because condensation dulls the snap and the surface.
Shipping mushroom chocolate in Canada
Chocolate is temperature sensitive, so summer orders ship with insulation and we dispatch early in the week where we can. Every parcel is sealed, unbranded and tracked.
