No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account simply keeps your order history and addresses in one place for next time.

No. Shroom Bros Official is an online-only store with no walk-in location and no pickup counter. Everything ships to the address you enter at checkout.

Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart. Restocks appear on the shop page first; email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca if you want a note when a specific item returns.

Email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca with your question. Support is handled by our own team and replies usually land within one business day.

Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and other supported coins). Credit cards are not accepted.

Place the order, then send an Interac e-Transfer to the address shown on the order-received page and in your confirmation email. Use your order number as the message or security answer so we can match the payment quickly.

Please send payment within 24 hours. Unpaid orders are released back into stock after that so the items are not held from other customers.

Once payment clears, the order is packed on the next business-day dispatch run and tracking is emailed to you.

Some banks cap daily transfer amounts. Send it in two parts or contact sales@shroombrosofficial.ca with your order number and we will sort out the details with you.

Yes. Select the cryptocurrency payment method at checkout and a 20% discount is applied to your order total automatically before you confirm. No coupon code is needed.

Bitcoin is the primary option; other major coins supported by our processor appear at checkout. The wallet address and exact amount are shown after you place the order.

Not especially. Buy the amount shown from any Canadian exchange, send it to the wallet address on your order page, and the payment confirms on-chain. Email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca if you get stuck at any step.

Usually within an hour, depending on network congestion and the fee you chose. Your order moves to processing as soon as the transaction confirms.

Send the difference in a second transaction, or email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca with the transaction ID. Overpayments are credited to your order or refunded.

The 20% crypto discount applies to the order total after any coupon that is already valid on your cart. If a coupon excludes stacking, the checkout will tell you before you confirm.

Canada-wide — all ten provinces and all three territories, including rural and northern addresses served by Canada Post. We do not ship outside Canada.

Two options at checkout: Flexible shipping $20 and Express / overnight shipping $30.

Most Canadian addresses receive their parcel in 2–4 business days after dispatch. Express orders typically arrive the next business day in major centres. Rural and northern routes can add a day or two.

Yes. Products are sealed and placed in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside describes the contents or names the store.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned into the carrier network. If tracking has not moved for several business days, email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca with your order number and we will open a carrier enquiry.

Chocolate is heat sensitive, so in summer we add insulation and try to dispatch early in the week so parcels do not sit in a depot over the weekend.

For safety reasons, sealed consumable products cannot be resold, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Anything damaged, incorrect or missing is replaced or refunded.

Email sales@shroombrosofficial.ca within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We arrange a replacement or refund from there.

Send your order number and a photo of everything you received to sales@shroombrosofficial.ca. Missing items are shipped out at no extra cost.

Check with anyone at the address and with neighbours first, then email us the order number. We file a trace with the carrier and follow it through to a resolution.
