Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Canada-wide. We do not ship outside Canada.

Dispatch

Orders are packed on business days. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day; anything after that goes out the next business day.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. Your tracking number is emailed when the label is created and starts scanning once the carrier collects it.

Packaging

Products are sealed and shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no description of the contents on the outside.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight, and any free-shipping threshold is shown in the cart.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays happen, especially around holidays. If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Warm weather

Chocolate is heat sensitive. During summer we add insulation and try to dispatch early in the week so parcels do not sit in a depot over the weekend.
